My Thoughts:
I've been anxiously waiting to continue Allie and Levi's story. I mean how could I not be, that cliffhanger at the end of Flight was, well....frustrating to say the least. Now it appears that I'll be biting my nails until Found. Yep, that's right another wtf cliffhanger.
Focus read a lot more like a contemporary novel rather than a paranormal, which I for one, liked. There was some mention of the Pterons and Levi had some paranormal meetings to attend for the society. Other than that it was very much about Levi and Allie's romance and Alli's new experience as a college student at Tulane. I really enjoyed watching Allie's friendships grow with Hailey and her new dorm mates.
My only complaint and it really isn't a real complaint it's more of an, ugh!!!! Allie drove me a little insane with her constant back and forth jerking of poor Levi's chain. Now don't get me wrong Levi messed up big time in Flight but it felt almost like she were using her affections as a weapon and that really annoys me. OK end rant!
So now I sit and I wait and I pray that Levi isn't keeping more secrets from Allie. Until then readers... Enjoy!
